By registering for an account or using SimCloud services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Account Registration

To use SimCloud, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

SimCloud provides automated SIM card management and data sharing services. Our platform allows you to:

• Manage multiple SIM cards from a centralized dashboard
• Automate data sharing and distribution
• Track balances and transaction history
• Configure automated data sharing rules
• Monitor SIM card health and performance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensure all registered SIMs are legally obtained and authorized for use

Payment Terms

• Fees are charged according to the plan you select
• Payments are processed securely through our partners
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You must keep payment information up to date
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

You may not use SimCloud to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary technology
• Use automated systems to access our services without authorization

Limitation of Liability

SimCloud provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• You use our services at your own risk

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data
• All outstanding fees remain due
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
